玛尔译师梦瑜伽是一场为期12周、共6堂课(每课90分钟)的探索之旅,旨在探索清醒觉知与梦境觉知之间的深奥联系。本课以玛尔译师和昆波南久的传奇练习生涯为蓝本——他们在千年前分别从那洛巴大师和尼古玛处获得了梦瑜伽的教导。本课程为所有的现代练习者提供了一个通俗易懂的梦瑜伽指南。

它将带你探索”清醒”与”梦境”之间的联系,学习如何在梦中保持觉察,并把这种能力带回日常生活。

通过静思、睡梦练习、日志记录和体验式练习,参与者将发现白天和黑夜如何都能成为获得洞察、激发创造力和实现个人转化的契机。课程将逐步揭示,清醒、做梦和深睡眠都可以成为完整静思之道的一部分。

Course Description

Marpa’s Dream Yoga is a 12-week journey of six 90-minute classes exploring the profound connection between waking awareness and dream awareness. Drawing upon the inspiring life stories of Marpa the Translator and Khyungpo Neljor — who received dream yoga teachings from Naropa and Lady Niguma over a thousand years ago — this course offers an accessible introduction to Dream Yoga for modern practitioners around the world.

It will guide you to explore the relationship between “waking” and “dreaming,” learn how to maintain awareness in dreams, and bring that ability back into daily life.

Through meditation, dream practices, journaling, and experiential exercises, participants discover how both day and night can become opportunities for insight, creativity, and personal transformation. The course gradually reveals that waking, dreaming, and deep sleep can all become part of a unified contemplative path.

The ultimate purpose of this Dream Yoga is not merely to become lucid in dreams — it is to use the dreamlike nature of experience to gain a deeper understanding of reality itself, uncovering the extraordinary freedom, wisdom, and creative potential that have always been present within the mind.
